Terms and Conditions

Live As If Co. is a Michigan-based company. Edge to Ease™ is a workforce regulation and capacity-awareness program designed to support self-awareness, stress regulation practices, decision clarity, recovery awareness, and organizational capacity.

Edge to Ease™ is not a medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or diagnostic service.

Edge to Ease™ does not provide medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any medical, psychiatric, or health condition.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Daily check-ins

• Daily Clarity Stories™

• Wearable data interpretation

• Reflection prompts

• Protocol cards

• Coaching or facilitation conversations

• Any AI-assisted output or summary

Wearable device readings and self-report scores are used as directional reflection signals only. They are not validated medical measurements and should not be used to make health decisions.

Do not rely on Edge to Ease™ in place of a physician, therapist, mental health professional, or licensed healthcare provider.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call emergency services immediately.

Participation in any Edge to Ease™ pilot is voluntary.

To participate, you may be asked to:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Sign a participant consent document

• Complete a baseline form

• Complete daily or weekly check-ins

• Submit wearable screenshots or related wellness data voluntarily

• Receive Daily Clarity Stories™ or other pilot communications

• Provide feedback on your experience

You may withdraw from the pilot at any time by contacting shalece@liveasif.co.

For organizational pilots, participation or non-participation in Edge to Ease™ will not affect your employment, compensation, performance evaluation, promotion, discipline, or any employment-related decision.

Live As If Co. does not share individual participant responses, scores, reflections, screenshots, or Daily Clarity Stories™ with employers, managers, supervisors, or organizational contacts.

Organizational reports, when provided, are aggregate and de-identified.

Your use of our website, services, forms, SMS communications, and pilot programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By participating in Edge to Ease™ or using Live As If Co. services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you opt in to SMS communications from Live As If Co., you consent to receive text messages related to your pilot participation or services.

Messages may include:

• Daily check-in reminders

• Personal form links

• Weekly reflection prompts

• Pilot logistics

• Important participation updates
  
  

Message frequency varies, but is typically about one message per day during active pilot periods.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for support.

Opting out of SMS does not automatically remove you from the pilot program.

Live As If Co. does not sell or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All Live As If Co. and Edge to Ease™ materials, frameworks, tools, names, prompts, protocol cards, Daily Clarity Story™ formats, Clarity Capacity Index™ materials, interpretation frameworks, dashboards, written materials, visual materials, and digital assets are proprietary to Live As If Co.

Participation in a pilot or program does not grant ownership or license rights to Live As If Co. intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, sublicense, sell, adapt, or publicly share Edge to Ease™ materials without written permission from Live As If Co.

Live As If Co. may use anonymized or de-identified feedback, patterns, or reflections to improve the program, develop methodology, support research summaries, or describe aggregate pilot outcomes.

We will not publicly use your name, image, identifying story, video, or attributed quote without separate written permission.

If you previously consented to marketing use, you may withdraw that consent by contacting shalece@liveasif.co.

Edge to Ease™ may use AI-assisted tools to help generate Daily Clarity Stories™, summaries, patterns, or interpretation drafts.

AI-assisted outputs are for reflection and capacity-awareness purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or employment advice.

Live As If Co. may review, edit, or approve AI-assisted outputs before they are shared with participants.

Live As If Co. does not guarantee any specific outcome, including reduced stress, improved sleep, increased productivity, improved health, workplace performance changes, or organizational results.

Individual results vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live As If Co. provides its website, services, pilot programs, materials, and outputs “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

Live As If Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in Edge to Ease™ or use of Live As If Co. materials.

For pilot participants who pay no fee, Live As If Co.’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100. For paid services, liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant or client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to hold harmless Live As If Co., its founder, advisors, contractors, facilitators, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of Live As If Co. materials

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your submission of false or misleading information

• Your unauthorized sharing of proprietary materials

• Your reliance on Edge to Ease™ as medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic advice

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Any dispute arising from these Terms, Live As If Co., or Edge to Ease™ shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.

Live As If Co. may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of our website, services, or pilot programs after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
