SMS Communications Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Live As If Co. related to the Edge to Ease™ pilot program.
Messages may include:
Daily check-in reminders with your personal form link
Weekly reflection prompts
Pilot logistics and updates
Important participation reminders
Message frequency: Approximately one message per day during active pilot periods. Frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. Opting out of SMS will not remove you from the pilot program.
Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact shalece@liveasif.co.
Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is separate from pilot participation consent.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

When texting manually, Live As If Co. tracks:
Participant name
Phone number
Date SMS consent was received
Date first SMS was sent
Whether STOP was received
Whether the participant remains active
Do not text anyone who has not consented to SMS or anyone who has replied STOP.
SMS Restrictions
Live As If Co. will not:
Send unsolicited SMS messages
Sell or share phone numbers for marketing purposes
Continue texting after a STOP request
Send medical, diagnostic, or emergency-related instructions by SMS
Use SMS participation or non-participation for employment decisions
